Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal by providing personalized service, product knowledge, and solutions to meet our customers' current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and friendly greetings to customers, engaging them in a conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
- Use acquired skills and knowledge to recommend products and services that meet customers' current and future needs.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by bringing your love and passion for the Best Buy brand, customer service, and technology together in service of our customers.
- Assist customers with their sales orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Apply the appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and self-development.
- Utilize available tools to stay current on skills and promotional initiatives.
- Help execute profitable growth through critical business drive times while supporting our customer obsession.
- Maintain merchandising and ensure their department is clean and well-stocked.
- Work in cooperation with their supervisor and associates in other departments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Working and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Working a flexible schedule that matches your availability (weekends, nights, holidays, etc.).
