Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating communication.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical office or administrative setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
