Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Deliver exceptional support to clients through various channels, swiftly addressing their concerns and inquiries.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, training, and product utilization to maximize their experience with our software.
  • Diagnose technical issues and collaborate with the development team to rectify software-related challenges.

Product Knowledge:

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of Virto Solar's software solutions and their relevance in the solar sector.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry developments, competitor offerings, and market trends.

User Insights & Representation:

  • Collect and analyze user feedback to pinpoint recurring challenges, feature requests, and improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as the customer advocate in product development conversations, promoting enhancements that improve user satisfaction.

Documentation & Training:

  • Develop and update user guides, FAQs, and other support materials to assist customers in effectively utilizing our products.
  • Facilitate webinars, workshops, and training sessions for both new and existing clients.

Collaborative Efforts:

  • Work alongside the sales team to provide pre-sales assistance and product demonstrations.
  • Engage closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and help prioritize new features and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create educational content and resources that showcase product advantages and features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Renewable Energy, Engineering, Business, or Information Technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer support or product specialist capacity, ideally within the software or renewable energy sectors.
  • Proficiency (2 years) with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Inventor, SketchUp, etc.) or graphic design tools (Adobe products).
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, customer support applications, and project management tools.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish knowledge is an advantage).
  • A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
