Our reputable finance firm is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Client Services Associate.

This full-time, permanent role is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional with a robust background in finance and a commitment to client service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-level support to our clients, maintaining and updating client information, and utilizing various software applications to enhance our operational efficiency.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for our valued clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
  • Utilize your expertise in the Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and Charles Schwab Advisor Center to manage client accounts, track investments, and generate reports.
  • Review, maintain, and submit client information accurately and timely to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and investment products to provide clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Leverage your knowledge of finance and investments to guide clients in making informed decisions that align with their financial goals.
  • Handle client communications professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client services role within the finance industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and Charles Schwab Advisor Center is essential.
  • Some experience in finance and a general knowledge of investments are necessary.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on providing top-notch client service at all times.
