Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated leader to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Unit Supervisor. In this role, you will collaborate closely with an exceptional Director of Nursing (DON) to guide the clinical team towards excellence and deliver exceptional care to our residents.

As the Clinical Unit Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives and overall well-being of our residents by managing daily patient care, overseeing, mentoring, and developing the nursing staff, and partnering with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient care throughout the facility.

This is a Full-Time Days position with rotating weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse or
  • Licensed Practical Nurse
  • A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a long-term care environment
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proven leadership skills to guide a growing team
