Daily Responsibilities...

As a front desk agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with guest services and reservations teams to manage guest bookings effectively, ensuring all details are communicated and executed flawlessly.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, addressing their needs and inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Process guest requests efficiently, ensuring all requirements are met as promised.
  • Assist guests with rental requests, including recreational equipment and amenities.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of available gear and inform guests of options.
  • Keep a detailed log of rented items, ensuring proper tracking and organization.
  • Ensure all guests complete necessary liability waivers prior to equipment rental.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental area, ensuring all items are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Communicate with management regarding any overdue rentals and follow up as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing information about rentals and answering questions about the resort and surrounding attractions.
  • Utilize technology systems effectively to enhance guest service and operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to recognize when assistance is needed and seek help appropriately.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends.
  • Enthusiasm for creating a fun and engaging environment for guests.
  • Capability to focus on guest needs while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor.
