Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve, refer, and/or report service quality issues as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with assigned nursing units to improve patient satisfaction.
  • Assist patients in making menu selections that meet their dietary requirements and restrictions.
  • Receive and respond to patient and guest meal orders, maintaining and documenting food preferences, diet orders, and food allergies.
