Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve, refer, and/or report service quality issues as appropriate.
- Collaborate with assigned nursing units to improve patient satisfaction.
- Assist patients in making menu selections that meet their dietary requirements and restrictions.
- Receive and respond to patient and guest meal orders, maintaining and documenting food preferences, diet orders, and food allergies.

- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of patient meals.
