Job Title: Security Command Center Operator - FLEX

As a Security Command Center Operator - FLEX, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and employees. This is a contract position with a duration of 12 months, working 20-25 hours per week on average, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and alarms in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and other stakeholders to resolve security incidents.
  • Manage access control systems and perform tasks related to badge creation, assignment, and revocation.
  • Act as the central point of contact for the Corporate Security team, handling phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports to track security-related activities and incidents.
  • Identify and report any security equipment malfunctions or issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, addressing their security-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in training and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively respond to security incidents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in access control systems and security software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
