Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Operations Coordinator to support our commercial, Affordable Care Act, and government program regulatory compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Regulatory Operations Managers with identifying new regulatory and legal requirements and implementing them in operational areas.
- Perform regulatory research and analyses to support operational areas.
- Coordinate and review responses to regulatory agency inquiries to ensure timely submission.
- Monitor business processes and regulatory responses to ensure ongoing compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- One-to-three years of experience in health plan management or regulatory/compliance.
- Specific experience with government health plan regulatory/compliance preferred.
