Compliance and Risk Manager

First Choice Community Healthcare INC is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Manager to oversee the Corporate Compliance and Risk Program. The successful candidate will ensure the organization's compliance with regulatory agencies, company policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Compliance Program.
- Collaborate with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels.
- Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure compliance issues are appropriately evaluated and resolved.
- Monitor and coordinate compliance activities to identify trends and areas of vulnerability.
- Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors and senior management on compliance efforts.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree desired.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a healthcare organization, with demonstrated leadership and familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of regulatory and contractual requirements and language with The Joint Commission and HRSA.
- Knowledge of quality improvement philosophy models, processes, and tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work independently and under stress.
The Compliance and Risk Manager will work in a controlled office environment, with occasional travel to other locations. The position requires the ability to work independently and under stress, with good communication and organizational skills.
