As a Product Owner at Traction Ag Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the continuous innovation and development of our farm management software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our product not only meets but exceeds the evolving needs of the modern farmer. Bridging the gap between technical possibilities and practical farm management needs, your work will directly impact our growth and the success of our customers across the farming community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, ensuring that our development team is focused on tasks that offer the highest value to our users.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the product managers, development team, marketing, sales, and customer support, to gather requirements and feedback that inform product features and improvements.

* User Story Development: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Guide the development team through the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in Product Ownership or Product Management within a SaaS software development environment focused on agricultural, financial, or business management applications.

* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

* Analytical mindset with an ability to solve complex problems and translate business needs into technical requirements.

* Demonstrated success in managing product development cycles and working closely with a development team.
