Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Field Operations to lead our field service and installation teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor projects to ensure timely completion, quality, and adherence to company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to field teams on sequencing, scheduling, and construction methods.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential challenges.
  • Recruit, mentor, and train teams to ensure effective execution of service and project plans.
  • Foster effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of Superintendent experience in industrial projects.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and financial management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value projects concurrently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management (preferred).
