Anesthesia Technician Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesia Technician Lead to join our Surgical Services team at Dignity Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the anesthesia needs of our patients, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our state-of-the-art equipment and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Calibrate and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Clean and maintain anesthesia equipment to prevent contamination and ensure patient safety
- Provide technical guidance and support to anesthesia technicians and other staff members
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and evaluating the performance of anesthesia technicians
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an anesthesia technician or in a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- American Heart Association BLS certification
Dignity Health offers a competitive salary range of $26.51 - $38.44 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including education assistance and student loan forgiveness programs.
