Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred. The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners' mission and goals. The position offers a comprehensive 90-day training program, continued support, and opportunities for advancement. The hourly range for this position is $55-$58 per hour. Benefits include a yearly average of $16,000 in bonus through our no-cap Incentive Compensation Program, health, dental, and vision plans, and 401(k) plan and company-paid group life insurance. The Advanced Practice Provider reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
