Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing compassionate nursing care in post-acute facilities in the area, monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions, and tracking their vital signs.

You will also be responsible for performing resident intakes, documenting their medical histories and any health concerns, and helping with the administration and proper verification of medications.

Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating a comfortable and safe facility for residents, tracking residents' medical records and charts, and assisting with the set up of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Current Massachusetts State License: Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Massachusetts
  • LPN Educational Program: Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
  • Lifting Ability: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
