Licensed Practical Nurse

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with HexaQuEST Health, Inc., you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Assist with patient transfers and mobility as needed.
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Notice:
Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. Agency staff must complete their primary series of COVID vaccination in order to be considered for any assignment. State specific mandated boosters are required and must be completed when eligible. Once the assignment has started, agency staff must follow the normal testing protocol of each particular center.
