Compliance Auditor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Auditor to join our team at The Symicor Group in the Cherry Hill, NJ area. As a Compliance Auditor, you will play a critical role in supporting our corporate compliance program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of inpatient and outpatient hospital regulatory requirements, including billing, coding, and documentation, to ensure organizational integrity.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to establish standards for compliance and prepare guidance documents to assist providers and staff.
  • Analyze and review audit data, preparing reports for review and presentation to management, providers, and departments, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Determine charge corrections and refunds resulting from compliance reviews and ensure they have been completed.
  • Perform follow-up reviews when necessary and maintain accurate work papers in accordance with regulations and policy.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a healthcare or business-related major from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and analytical skills, and conflict resolution skills.

The position includes a generous salary of up to $67K and benefits. This is a non-remote position, and we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
