About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to building tenants, contractors, and visitors
  2. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and events
  3. Process invoices, update stacking plans, and maintain property management records
  4. Assist with leasing tours, tenant move-ins and move-outs, and implementation of periodic tenant events
  5. Perform various administrative tasks, including document production, filing, and data entry

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
  • High school diploma required; real estate experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of operations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
