We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at Vector Security. As a key member of our inbound technical support center, you will provide advanced troubleshooting assistance for a variety of Fire and Intrusion technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support inbound technical support inquiries from field technicians.
  • Triage, qualify, prioritize, and document interactions into our ticket management system.
  • Utilize company monitoring software, jurisdictional requirements, knowledge bases, and web resources to effectively problem solve items.
  • Communicate effectively with external and internal partners.
  • Obtain and maintain industry knowledge.
