Position Overview

We are in search of a driven and experienced Construction Project Leader to become part of our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee a range of intricate projects, providing leadership and guidance to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing all phases of the project life cycle from initiation to closure.
2. Managing project finances, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring all activities remain within budgetary constraints.
3. Addressing Requests for Information (RFI) and managing the submittals process to guarantee compliance with project specifications.
4. Identifying potential project risks proactively and formulating mitigation strategies.
5. Tracking project progress and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the Construction Project Leader position, candidates should possess:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of project management experience within the construction sector.
3. Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
4. Strong understanding of the RFI and submittals processes in construction projects.
