About the Job:
The University of Rochester is committed to fostering a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion. We are seeking a highly skilled Health Equity Program Support Specialist to join our team and support the Health Equity Program Support Office (HEPSO).
About You:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in health equity, program management, and administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as principal assistant to the HEPSO leadership team
- Manage the general office and related administrative services
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in health equity, program management, or administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: $35,100 - $59,650 per year
