About the Role

Globe Life Family Heritage Division is a leading provider of supplemental health and life insurance, empowering customers to secure their financial future and protect themselves from tragedy. We are currently seeking a self-driven, goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Professional in Baltimore and surrounding areas.

This is a professional position that focuses on customer service and sales with our current client base and opening new accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, B2B experience, or sales experience, and be able to succeed quickly. We provide training and tools necessary for success, including product knowledge and marketing systems.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and individuals
  • Sell and promote Globe Life's products to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
