Integrare Group LLC is a high-growth, vertically integrated construction company focused on representing commercial and mixed-use residential developments primarily in the Los Angeles region.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive project teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor project managers to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage the construction process, including subcontractor management, pay application review, change order negotiation, and punch list resolution
- Develop and maintain accurate financial proformas and project budgets
- Monitor project costs and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and maintain profitability
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations to define and execute the organization's operational goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in general construction with best-in-class GC firms
- Superior knowledge of building envelope technology, roofing, and waterproofing; building infrastructure such as piping systems and electrical systems; concrete foundations, structures, and concrete repair
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and oversee multiple projects at once
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial skills, including the ability to effectively utilize data from multiple sources to drive decisions
