Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Project Management to join our team at John Paul Mitchell Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading project and program planning and execution across various functions, including supply chain, R&D, and legal.
Your primary focus will be on driving projects and programs to achieve mission-critical outcomes for our existing product line and supply chain changes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and supply chain efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project management and supply chain operations
- Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated environment
- Strong experience in supply chain management, regulatory compliance, and operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $165,000
