The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to improving the well-being of clients. Compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 per year, with benefits including paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health insurance.
