Job Description

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator to join our team in Columbia, MO. The successful candidate will have experience working in a mental health setting and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

In this role, you will provide support to our clients, facilitate group living activities, and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning. You will also be responsible for managing client records, monitoring medication, and intervening in crisis situations.

About the Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from $16-$18.50 per hour, depending on experience and education. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the mental health field.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients, including meals, personal care, and medication management
  • Facilitate group living activities, including conflict resolution and house rule enforcement
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to treatment planning and implementation
  • Manage client records and monitor medication
  • Intervene in crisis situations as needed
