About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Mental Health Service Technician to join our team at Brightli in Columbia, Missouri. This role requires a strong understanding of human behavior, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in developing positive relationships within the program, with both staff and other clients.
  • Supervise mealtime activities, ensuring a safe and sanitary eating area and meals are carried out in an orderly fashion.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for admissions, transfers, and discharges, maintaining accurate records.
  • Document treatment plan interventions and participate in daily activities, contributing to the overall well-being of clients.
  • Observe, record, and communicate clients' behaviors, strengths, progress, areas of difficulty, and needs in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age and a High School Diploma or GED with experience in Human Services or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred.
