Mental Health Support Specialist

KVC Health Systems is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate care to children and families. We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in Columbia, MO.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients in a mental health setting and possess excellent communication skills. As a member of our treatment team, you will provide physical and emotional support to our clients, facilitate a healthy group living environment, and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
About the Role:
- Provide physical and emotional support to clients, including meals, personal care, and medication management
- Facilitate a positive and supportive group living environment through conflict resolution and house rule enforcement
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to treatment planning and implementation
