We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at ICONMA. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing activities across various functions, including design, sales, and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage the coordination and execution of marketing activities, including advertising, direct marketing, sales promotions, events, and sponsorships.
  • Develop and maintain reports and presentations to analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Compile and process financial information, including invoices and budget spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate and review marketing projects in our project management system.
  • Submit and coordinate research or data requests, gathering required business information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
  • Knowledge of marketing communications and coordination of creative content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and data analysis.
