About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic Hospital at Home setting. As a Field RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a home setting, utilizing your clinical expertise to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with Command Center RNs, MDs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet the needs of patients and families.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License or Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a home health or hospital setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • 3 years of IV/Infusion skills.
  • Recent Home Health experience.
  • Point of Care experience.
