About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Hospital at Home team. As a Field RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care to patients in their homes, utilizing your clinical expertise to address their medical needs.
  • Collaborate with Command Center RNs, MDs, and Field Therapists to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing patient needs and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education.
  • Current Washington or Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 2 years of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • 3 years of IV/Infusion skills.
  • Recent Home Health experience.
  • Point of Care experience.
