We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Altru Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on health and wellness, including disease management and prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in North Dakota or Compact State Agreement.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Additional specialty certification/training as required by the work area.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, and stooping/bending. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also required.
