Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Serendipity Labs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and professional experience at our coworking spaces.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, handling phone and in-person requests for assistance, and maintaining the appearance of our spaces.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great experiences, has excellent communication skills, and is able to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision. If you are a self-starter who is open to direction and has a keen attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and users of the lab at reception.
- Effectively handle phone and in-person requests for assistance.
- Maintain the appearance of our spaces, including reception, meeting rooms, café, member and common areas.
- Assist in delivering meetings and events, including set-up, catering, and clean-up.
- Create a community through contributions to member events and fostering ways to engage members and the local community.
- Generate interest in the lab by assisting with local marketing activities.
- Know the lab's members to ensure the best possible handling of requests, visitors, and service requirements.
- Update, charge, and maintain accurate member information in billing software.
- Be knowledgeable of all other lab locations, our products and services, and act as a brand champion.
Requirements:
- Reasoning, remembering, mathematics, appropriate language (written and verbal) ability.
- Support and interact with members, visitors, and lab staff.
- Hearing - Ability to receive detailed information through oral and telephone communication.
- Talking - Clearly expresses ideas by means of spoken word.
- Ability to sit, stand, type, and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform low-impact physical tasks, such as use of stairs, stooping, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Satisfactory pre-employment D.O.T drug test.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrate a positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in delivering a high level of hospitality and handling customer service requests.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- A high attention to detail and being keen to deliver great experiences.
- Being a self-starter but being open and willing to take direction.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Planning, managing, and executing events or meetings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality position.
