The primary objective of the Produce Stocker is to deliver an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising. This role is responsible for creating a safe and clean environment that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times and adhere to company dress code.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, including seasonality, usage, and taste.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and sanitation in accordance with store policy and health regulations.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and exert or lift negligible amounts of weight often.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
