Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor
Sullivan Brothers Toyota is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with our technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles in a timely and professional manner.

- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related role.

- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
