About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to support patients in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, health issues, and recovery strategies.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Current NC LCAS / LCAS-A licensure.
  • Experience in substance abuse and mental health treatment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
