Key Responsibilities:

The role of the Family Therapist involves delivering intensive, community-based counseling services to youth and their families, employing the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Model.

Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as this position requires accommodating family availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Travel is a necessary component of this role.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field in Human Services.
  • Compliance with professional standards, licensure/certification, and contract requirements.
  • Willingness to adjust hours to meet family needs, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to travel as required.
