Job Summary

The Residential Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential programs. This role requires a strong leader who can provide guidance, support, and coaching to our care coordinators to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to care coordinators to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of the residential program, including the implementation of treatment plans and the provision of support services.
  • Clinical Oversight: Conduct weekly individual supervision with care coordinators and attend treatment team meetings to ensure the highest level of clinical care.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for parents and families, providing updates and information on their loved ones.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the residential manager and director to develop and implement program schedules and initiatives.
  • Crisis Management: Provide crisis management and interventions as needed to support clients and staff.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human services, counseling, psychology, or social work preferred or working towards the same.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience working with young adults and families with co-occurring disorders.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and supervision skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
