Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Alco Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our residents' homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify and address any maintenance issues, ensuring that all appliances and systems are functioning properly and safely.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, using your expertise and knowledge to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our Community Manager and Maintenance Technician(s) to prioritize tasks, plan maintenance schedules, and communicate with residents regarding maintenance activities.
  • Physical Requirements: Be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience and Skills: At least 5 years of maintenance experience, with a strong background in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess or be prepared to obtain necessary certifications and licenses, including EPA Type I Certification and CFC recycling equipment licensure.
