We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Actalent. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our physicians and patients by providing exceptional clinical support and administrative services.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Support: Assist physicians with exams and procedures, prepare patients for examination/procedures, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Administrative Support: Document patient information, manage electronic medical records, and communicate test results to patients and physicians.
- Inventory Management: Maintain adequate inventory of medical, office, and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Communication: Relay instructions from physicians to patients and authorized personnel, and communicate test results to patients and physicians.
- Medical Assisting: Proficient in medical assisting skills, including vital sign documentation and EMR management.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills.
This is a fully on-site position in a busy urgent care setting. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional support to our patients and physicians.
