Kokosing, a leading general contractor, seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to support and manage crews installing electrical systems for large mission-critical construction projects. This role involves managing multiple project phases, from pre-construction to final acceptance, with a focus on implementing a safe and productive work environment that meets company goals. Key responsibilities include managing project labor, safety, and job setup, as well as vendor management, quality control oversight, and active safety planning. The successful candidate will have 3 years of similar construction field management experience, a degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for leading and managing foremen, interfacing with on-site electrical crews and project managers, and ensuring project electrical activities comply with company and contract requirements. The Electrical Superintendent will also provide technical support for electrical construction efforts, assist with controlling job costs and production budgets, and set a culture of 24/7 safety for crews.
