Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Gutter Technician to join our team at Guardian Operations LLC. As a key member of our Gutter department, you will be responsible for installing gutters and gutter covers to our high standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the efficiency of our production department's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install gutters and gutter covers to our high standards in a 2-member crew.
  • Assure customer satisfaction by installing all services correctly the first time.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge and craftsmanship through ongoing training.
  • Remain a dependable employee by being on time to work every day.
  • Provide recommendations and upsell while performing work at a customer's home.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of gutter installation experience.
  • Proven ability to hand-cut miters.
  • Experience with 5K, 6K, and fascia style gutters.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working on roofs, ladders, and handling power tools.
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 75 pounds, and drive for up to 2-hour increments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug test, physical, and criminal background check.
  • Must be able to provide own tools.

Location

Compensation
  • $30.00 - $32.00/hr plus performance-based incentives.
