**Job Overview:** Bookkeeper / General Administrator
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team at Maryland Estates INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and general administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, quickbooks and excel, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and manage petty cash.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Liaise with accountants, as required.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
- Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed.
