Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with or manage the oversight of all aspects of project life cycle to include initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing.
  • Establish and monitor project control activities across multiple projects.
  • Assist with specific administrative tasks related to setting up project folders, project schedules, process documentation, outline templates, and reporting.
  • Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders to gather data/information, address programmatic inquiries, and support report writing.
  • Track that all issues are captured, resolved, and that resolutions are documented and communicated.
  • Coordinate the dissemination of project-related publications and collateral using print and electronic media.
  • Assist in maintaining and onboarding National Health Leadership Council members.
  • Maintain project management system and prepare regular reports.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, develop agendas, record minutes, summarize action items, and perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proven ability in analytical problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Effective performance in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering results in demanding environments.
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in business, training, or project management; or 6 years of equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience with project management software.
  • PC proficiency includes Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
