Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Head Teller to join our team at Citizens Community Federal. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our Teller team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily supervision to Teller staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform personnel actions, including performance appraisals, scheduling, and interviewing candidates for employment.
  • Establish proper identification of existing customers and determine their needs.
  • Process retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, cash checks, and make cash advances.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist in branch cash management and balance vault currency and coin.
  • Manage and balance Teller work daily.
  • Play a positive role in the career development and growth of Teller staff through excellent communication skills and strong delegation.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Three years of directly related full-time experience performing the functions outlined above may be considered in lieu of the degree.
  • Two years of customer service experience.
  • Two years of supervisory experience.
