Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Teller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in their work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage cash transactions, including handling deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions and account information.
  4. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
