Your technical leadership will ensure the delivery of exceptional DevOps technical solutions across all areas of the build, release, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver DevOps Consulting Solutions to our clients
Provide technical leadership across all areas of the build, release, and operations
Have a broad understanding of technology, process, people, and practice for:

Agile / scrum methods
Build and release management
Infrastructure strategy and operations
Operations service delivery and support
IT organizational structure and responsibilities
Business continuity
Security

Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to work in a distributed and cross-functional team environment
Experience in mentoring and executing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices
Extensive experience in IT, leading Operations and Development teams
Experience in leading DevOps initiatives within a large enterprise IT

Strong knowledge of Continuous integration-Continuous Delivery (CI-CD) /DevOps concept and tools
Strong Software Engineering knowledge
Strong technical foundation in (most of the following tools):

Agile Tools (Rally, Jira, Version One, etc.)
Linux and/or Windows
Virtualization (VMWare, Xen, KVM, VirtualBox, etc.)
Cloud Computing (AWS, Google App Engine, Rackspace Cloud, etc.)
Infrastructure Automation (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.)
Build Tools (Ant, NAnt, MSBuild, Rake, GNU Make, etc.)
Continuous Integration Tools (Jenkins, Cruise, TeamCity, Hudson, etc.)
SCM Tools (SVN, Git, Perforce, Mercurial, etc.)
Scripting Languages (Shell, Ruby/JRuby, Perl, Python, PowerShell, etc.)
Application Servers, servlet containers, and web servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, etc.)
Knowledge of Agile testing and engineering practices
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Certifications (should have some of the industry-recognized certifications related to Agile) such as:
Certified SCRUM Master, Scrum Coach
SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
Certifications in any of the above-mentioned technical areas will be an advantage
