Direct Market Manager Opportunity

ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a results-driven Direct Market Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Bridgeport, CT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing inventory, and leading a team of enrollment specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Excellence: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to enroll new Lifeline and ACP customers, exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
  • Inventory Management and Optimization: Oversee the efficient management of inventory, ensuring that enrollment specialists have the necessary resources to engage with customers effectively.
  • Strategic Location Scouting: Identify and secure optimal partner locations within Bridgeport, CT to maximize service outreach and customer accessibility.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, implementing quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process.
