Direct Market Manager Opportunity

ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a results-driven Direct Market Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Bridgeport, CT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a team of enrollment specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Mastery: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to enroll new Lifeline and ACP customers, exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of up to five enrollment specialists, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure success.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that enrollment specialists have the necessary resources to engage with customers effectively.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions, emphasizing product knowledge, enrollment processes, and compliance standards.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, implementing quality control measures to guarantee accurate and efficient enrollment processes.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate and enhance the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Audit and Reporting: Conduct thorough audits and manage detailed reporting for transparent documentation of enrollment outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably in direct sales or marketing.
  • Effective leadership, recruitment, and training skills.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
