Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will not merely be a part of an HR department; you will immerse yourself in a space where practical expertise intersects with strategic insight.   • Oversee and manage payroll and benefits administration with proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Develop and enhance HR policies and practices that reflect our innovative ethos while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Handle the complete recruitment process, collaborating with external recruiting partners as necessary.
  • Facilitate the employee lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality and engaging experience from initiation to conclusion.
  • Provide HR-related guidance and solutions to support our team with expert advice.
  • Foster an environment where excellence, diversity, and inclusion are not just principles but integral aspects of our operations and culture.
  • Collaborate with leaders across various departments to identify and advance training and development initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to ongoing growth and skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • Accredited HR certification (PHR or SPHR preferred) along with a background in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Expertise in ADP Workforce Now, encompassing payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Administrative proficiency with an ATS such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
  • Experience achieving results in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of addressing complex HR issues with professionalism and thoughtfulness.
  • A demonstrated history of strategic thinking within HR functions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
